Franklin Villanueva Borling, 70, of Waipahu, Hawaii Passed away on March 13, 2024. He was born on May 28, 1953 in Hilo, Hawaii.

He is survived by life partner, Germaine Phillips; sons, Victor Borling, Stetson Borling; mother, Bernice Borling; brothers, Richard Garcia, Peter James, Garette Freitas; daughters, Susan Jeremiah, Anita Bale Seals, Ester Darlene Pila, Denise Paulette Freitas; 7 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.

Wake Service will be held on Friday, May 31, 2024 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel.

Visitation begins at 5:30 pm; and service 6:30 pm.
