ALBERT HAUOLA PEREZ, 64 of Waipahu passed away on May 15, 2018 in Aiea. He was born in Honolulu, HI. He retired as Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Administrator with the State of Hawaii.

He is survived by his wife Kayle Perez; son Kainoa Perez; daughter Kaili Perez; sister Gabriella Perez

Visitation will be 5:30 pm Saturday July 14, 2018 at Mililani Memorial Park and Mortuary's Mauka Chapel followed by memorial service at 6:30 pm.
