Flora 'Flo' Kelsey Obituary

FLORA "FLO" TANDAL KELSEY, 89 of Pupukea passed away on August 29, 2018 at Pali Momi Hospital, Aiea. She was born in Waialua, HI.

She retired as a Civil Service Administrator with the Federal Government. She was an avid gardener and loved the Dodgers. Along with her animals Lucky & Velvet by her side, she spent her days working in her beautiful yard in Pupukea .

She is survived by her daughter Renee Becht, granddaughter; Seabring and her husband Colin; great-granddaughters Isabel & Simone Davis. Brothers Andrew & Stanley Tandal. Numerous nieces & nephews.

She is predeceased in death by her husband Norman S. Kelsey and son Rand Eugene Becht.

Graveside service will be held at Mililani Memorial Park Cemetery Mauka on October 6, 2018, Saturday at 10:00AM. Celebration of Life Ceremony to follow at Proud Peacock Restaurant at Waimea Valley 12:30PM - 4:30PM.
