FRANCISCO "FRANK" "CISCO" RAMOS, 70 of Hilo, Hawaii, passed away on February 4, 2019 in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was born in Wahiawa, Hawaii.

He is survived by life partner, Lorna Hanamoto; brothers, Alfredo Ramos, Jr., Juan Ramos; sisters, Julia Ague, Gloria Hipolito (Maryland); brother in law, Christopher Pedro; half brother, Alejandro (Masa)Vea (Kauai); sisters in law, Flora Vea (Kauai), Carlina Vea ( Kauai).

Inurnment will be 10:30 am Thursday July 25, 2019 at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific.
