LUCY FRANGKO, 66 of Mililani, Hawaii, passed away on November 9, 2019 in Mililani, Hawaii. She was born in Efong, Etial, Chuuk, Micronesia.

She is survived by brothers, Amancio Frank, Thomas Frank; sisters, Theodora Manchester, Julia Lino, Tomasa Neely; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 9:30 am Saturday December 28, 2019 at Mililani Memorial Park and Mortuary's Makai Chapel. Prayer service at 11:00 am. Burial to follow at 1:30 pm.

Casual attire, flowers welcome.
