SALLY S.Y. FORGES, 79 of Waipahu passed away on March 31, 2018 in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu, HI. She is survived by her daughter Denise (Carlan) Miyashiro; brothers Harrison (Lorraine) Kam, Norman (Sonia) Kam; grandchildren Donovan (May) Forges, Denny (Melissa) Miyashiro, Dallas (Emelyn) Forges, Charlan (Lee) Moriwaki, Jeanalin (Scott) Rehm; great-grandchildren Dayton, Mason, Ethan, Emma, Alanna, Cameran, Christian, Adrian, Kyson.

Visitation will be 5:00 pm Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Mililani Memorial Park and Mortuary's Mauka Chapel followed by prayer service at 6:00 pm.

Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
