He is survived by spouse, Louise A. Taggart; sons, Walter Scott Taggart (Terri), Mikaele Kimo Craig Taggart; daughters, Catherine Mary Grindstaff (Paul), Barbara Lee Martin (Michael), Darlene Mae Dunchus (William), Mary Louise Taggart Brown (Eddy); brother, Don Land (Donna); 11 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
