Andres Regunton Renon, Sr.

Andres Renon Sr passed away on Monday, May 15, 2023. He was 81 years old.  Andres was born on November 30, 1941 to his parents Melchor & Sotera in Ballesteros, Gonzaga, Cagayan - Philippines. He was the second child of five children. 

Andres migrated to Hawaii in 1983 to provide a better life for his then 7 children.  His first job was at Watanabe Floral Farms after working in the flower fields for four years, he later found his lifetime passion as a Dairyman at Maunawili Dairy in 1987 and retired after 16 years in 2003.  

Andres has never been a person to just relax so during his retirement he took on numerous part-time jobs to stay active from floral and vegetable fields and raising his own livestocks. When he wanted to relax you would find him watching sports on television specially basketball, baseball and boxing. 

Andres is survived by his wife Perfecta whom he married in 1970 and their 10 children Yolanda (Efren) Cresente (Lerana, deceased), Anthony (Mina), Andres Jr (Saturnina), Pablo (MaryAn), Margareth (Dennis), Marjoree (Marlon), Andymar (Marylu), Delmar (Michelle), Lielymar (Jacob) 

Grandchildren:  Lanaki, Chazarae, Cresente Jr, Pookela, BJ, Destanie (deceased), Anthony Jr., Timothy, Fantaziah, Al-Brandon, Alyson, Anjalo, Anjela, Zully-Bella, Pablo Jr., Dayton, Raysen, Maelyn, Marlon Jr, Malayna,  Lorenzo, Marilynn, Ilani, Kelly, Jaevin, Ayden, Elijah, Jalie, Jacob Jr, Jersie and Jacob III, along with great grandchildren - Kuupono, Lahela, Mateo and Lyon; Siblings: Juan, Timot, Luzviminda and Leonora whom are currently residing in the Philippines.   

Andres Sr will be greatly missed and will be reunited with his parents Melchor & Sotera, his brothers Vicente, Rosario and sister Anastasia, daughter in-law Lerana and grand-daughter Destanie.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 1, 2023 at Mililani Mortuary- Mauka Chapel.

Andres Sr will be laid to rest at Mililani Cemetery at 12:30PM
