He is survived by his wife, Karen Miyake; son, Gavin Miyake; daughter, Brittney Miyake; brothers, Lance Miyake, Milton Miyake (Sharon), and Alden Miyake.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Visitation begins at 10:00 am and service at 11:00 am.
