Deborah Ann Garrow, 71, of Surprise, Arizona, passed away on March 3, 2024. She was born on June 11, 1952 in New York, New York.

She is survived by her son, Michael Garrow (Mary); daughters, Teresa A. Garrow, and Fredrica McCartney (Scott); 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.

Memorial service will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024 at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel. Visitation begins at 9:30 am and service at 10:30 am.
