ESMENIA ULEP LAYUGAN, 83 Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on May 27, 2019 in Henderson, Nevada. She was born in the Philippines.
She is survived by sons, Wil (Rowena), Anthony, Melvin (Carolene) Layugan; daughter,Grace; sister, Saturnina Ulep Lingan; 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5:30 pm Tuesday July 30, 2019 at Mililani Memorial Park's Makai Chapel. Wake Service at 6:30 pm.
Visitation will be 9:00 am Wednesday July 31, 2019 at Mililani Memorial Park's Makai Chapel. Funeral Service 10:00 am. Burial to follow 11:00 am.
