Estelita Maninang Cabantog, was born on January 3, 1941, in Tarlac, Philippines to the late Urbano Maninang and Enriqueta Tanedo. She is the eldest of 4 daughters. Her sisters are Flor Almeron (deceased), Aurora Bonifacio (deceased), and Lourdes Reales. She attended school at Pura Academy in Pura, Tarlac, Philippines. There she met her husband of 61yrs, Dominador Cabantog Sr. Estelita and Dominador were married on January 4th 1960 and together they had 9 children. Alexander (Nora) Cabantog, Bernard (Elvie) Cabantog, Carlito (Cora) Cabantog, Dolores Huihui, Emily (Nelson) Somera, Anafe (La) Truong, Dominador (Gilda) Cabantog Jr., Hector (Claribel) Cabantog and Irene (Adrian) Munalem. In 1986 her Husband Dominador and 2 children immigrated and settled here in Oahu, HI and in May of 1988 Estelita and the rest of their children followed leaving behind their 3 eldest children. Estelita was employed by Hawaii Food Products where she worked as a meat processor packaging meat products and lau lau until 2003 where she retired at the age of 62. Estelita was called to heaven and passed away peacefully in the early hours of September 1, 2021. She is survived by her Husband, their 9 children, 20 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
