Francisco Leonoras of Waipio Acres passed away peacefully on September 26, 2021. Frank a US Army Vietnam Veteran was born on November 20, 1931. He had a passion for music and performed regularly throughout his military career and on gigs when he had an opportunity. In later years he would “jam” with his musician friends at various venues. The joy he received from playing led him and fellow musician friends to entertaining elderly care, hospital staff and patients, banks and physician’ s offices during holidays. He will always be remembered for his frequent soothing guitar and ukulele instrumentals playing in the background and his tenor sax.
Frank has reunited with his father Evaristo Llonoras, mother Elizabeth Apaa Afat, maternal siblings, sisters Lucy Kawakami, Agnes Llonoras, nephew Everett and lovely wife, his pillar of strength, Consolacion Costales. He is survived by his son David, grandchildren Calen and Carly, great grandchild Jayden niece Ronnette Kawakami, his Hanai families and to all those he touched in his lifetime.
