Frank Warren Tate, 56, of Kapolei, Hawaii, passed away on November 7, 2022. He was born on May 22, 1966 in Williamsburg, Virginia.

He is survived by his wife, Beverly Ann Tate; mother, Gloria Tate; father, Hugh Benet III; half sisters, Anna Benet, and Amanda Radke; step-father, Donald Tate; half sister, Emily Huxtable, and half brother, James Tate.

Inurnment will be held 10:30 am on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl.
