Juanita Cabilan, 90, of Waipahu, Hawaii was born in Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She lived on Oahu since November 1956. She retired from Navy Public Works Center at Pearl Harbor after 25 years of honorable Federal service. A longtime member of St. Joseph’s Church in Waipahu and their Filipino Catholic Club. She passed away on May 22, 2021 in Manhattan, Kansas where she lived with her daughter since October 2017.
