Milagrina Cabacungan Lacar, 68, of Waipahu, Hawaii, passed away on October 23, 2022. She was born on January 6, 1954 in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.

She is survived by her brothers, Arsenio (Lucrecia) Lacar, and Andres (Helen) Lacar; sisters, Macrecia Lacar, Nena Pascua, and Dolly (Paul) Cooke.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel. Visitation begins at 9:30 am, and service 11:00 am. Burial to follow 12:30 pm at Mililani Memorial Park.
