Richard Yoshio Kotaka, 92 of Pearl City, Hawaii, passed away on April 20, 2021. he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii.

He is survived by his sons, Richard Yoshio Kotaka, Jr. (Joan), Nelson Kotaka (Sharon); daughters, Barbara Horikoshi-Firebaugh (John), Debora Anzai, Wendy Goshert (Ben); 13 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
