RICHARD “DICKIE” M. OKAZAKI

Dickie passed away quietly at home in Wahiawa on July 15, 2020 at the age of 77. He retired from the Sheet Metal Trade and Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. He is survived by his wife, Pamela "Pat", daughters Christine Gouveia and Michelle (Jerry) Andrade of Hilo; sister Eileen (John) Hirota, sister-in-law Wilma (Stephen) Okazaki; 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; extended family members and friends on Oahu and the Big Island. Dickie was an avid shoreline fisherman, enjoyed travelling to Japan, long-time fan of the SF 49'ers and LA Dodgers. A friendly, generous and fun guy, Dickie will be missed by all of us.
