He is survived by his wife, Lois L. Carter; his daughter, Rose M.P. Carter; his sons, Rollin J.K. Carter (Patti), Titus R.P. Carter; his sister, Rebecca Laybon; his brothers, Alfred Carter Sr., George Carter; his 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
