Bessie Michiko Tanji

BESSIE MICHIKO TANJI, 86 of Wahiawa, passed away in Wahiawa.  She was born in Wahiawa.  She was a retired school teacher for the Hawaii Department of Education.  She is survived by her husband Dr. Teruo Tanji; son Brad (Choon) Tanji; daughters Joni (Kelvin) Kurisu and Becky (William) Lu; sister Florence Matsumoto; 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.  Visitation 9:00 am, Saturday, September 5, 2015 at First Baptist Church of Wahiawa, 1233 California Avenue, Wahiawa.  Memorial service 10:00 am.  Aloha attire.
