To the family,
I just found out and I want to send my sincere condolence to the family. Dr. Morisada was there for both my children when they were born for both my children 23 years ago... I am sadden to hear about her passing, we will sincerely miss her and we pray for for her family and her peace in heaven... Thank you for your kind and helpful nature, may you rest in heaven with our father...

To The Chan Family,
Dr. Morisada was truly an angel from Heaven. We met her 16 years ago when our first son was born. From the start we loved her. She was a wonderful doctor, friend and mentor to our two sons. We think about her a lot. We just found out about her passing and it's devastating to us. We are saddened. We were all sad to hear about her retirement and was fortunate enough to see her and talk to her before she retired. We will truly miss her. Our hearts and prayers go out to your family. Always know we are thinking about you.

My sincerest condolences to you, Paul and the family. I am so sorry that I did not know she had passed since i saw her last at the office when she was battling the cancer. I wish we had more time together since we had so much fun and have great memories of our college days. Love and prayers go out to you and the family.

To the Chan Ohana... My sincere condolences to your family. Dr. Jana was my daughter Lace's doctor till she graduated in 2011. My daughter loves Dr. Jana and was deeply saddened when she took ill. Our hearts and prayers are with you all.

I was blessed enough to have Dr. Morisada as my pediatrician and lucky enough to have her as my son's pediatrician. She was truly an incredible doctor and incredible woman. Rest in love Dr. Morisada. Thank you for being part of our lives.

My condolences to the Chan ohana. My family are deeply sadden to hear of her passing. Dr. Morisada came as a blessing to us. She diagnosed my daughter with Di George syndrome when she was having seizures in the nursery. She already treating a patient with Di George so she knew the symptoms. She will be truly missed. RIL Dr. Morisada.

I loved Dr. Jana Morisada from the first day I (we) met her back in 1997...she had this twinkle in her eye as she examined my newborn daughter, Alana. Not a mean bone in her body and always a smile on her face as she walked into the room :) We're going to miss you Dr. Morisada,....During wrestling season (and off), Alana and I always thought about that wrestling story you shared with us about winning and losing with pride...Thank you for taking care of our children and all your guidance throughout the years! .....My deepest sympathy and condolences goes out to your Ohana!! To Jana's husband and Ohana,
I was so shocked to hear about her passing. Over 20 years ago, I was a single parent and when she started practicing in Aiea, my boys and I just fell in love with her. She was always so caring and always took the time to answer any questions I may have had. I am so sorry for your loss. Our prayers and condolences to your family during this difficult time.

We were new parents at 19 years of age. JANA came to visit us in Kapiolani Hospital back in 1990 prior to our first child being born and she mentioned that she is building her practice and we could come and see her.. Having no clue what we were doing she became a big sister/mother to my husband and I. TalkING to her that day made us feel so welcome like family.. we are so blessed to have been apart of her family as well as her being in ours we love you,Jana

Dr Paul, Dr Mika and family,
I remember Dr Jana many years ago as a resident. Many times she was at deliveries of newborns. The baby would be crying and everyone else would be happy. Today, with her passing, those around are crying while she is happy -living in glory with God!! Please accept my love and prayers. Darla Baumgartner

I remember dr. Jana and dr. Paul as residents at kmcwc both very young and beautiful.
The finest human beings in the entire universe! Always courteous and kind as well as cheerful and upbeat! My deepest sympathy to Dr. Paul, the children and all the family.

Dr. Jana as my children called her, will always be with us in spirit. She not only took care of their physical bodies, but took time at each exam to talk story about values. The value of being a great student, value of money, and the value of saving yourself for the "best years of your life" after high school and onto college.... Dr. Jana thank you for sharing your wisdom with my Lauren and Zach. Dr. Chan, Garret, Sean and Rebecca, thank you for sharing your wife and mom's time and talent with all of us! Allie

Although I had too few contacts with Jana, I feel her loss greatly. I know she has been struggling with health issues for a long time. I guess she must have been tired and felt it was time to move on to other adventures. My deepest condolences to Paul, their children and family, and to Beverly and other colleagues who have been touched by Jana's passing. I will miss her energy, spunk, and drive. Such a positive, caring, and giving person and physician. The world is a bit emptier without her.
