Alberto "Bert" Saguid Obituary
Mr. Alberto Alohalindo Saguid, known affectionately as Bert to friends and family, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2024, at his home in Mililani, Hawaii. Born on November 26, 1939, in Honolulu, Hawaii, Bert was a man of unwavering faith, selfless generosity, and spirited aloha, that touched all who knew him.
Bert is survived by his loving wife Ellen, their children: daughter Debbie Brown (Saguid) and sons Gregory (Jenni), Brett, and Ryan (Laralyn) Saguid. He was a cherished grandfather to Dayna, Daycie, Hinano, Rylee, 'Apu, 'Api'i, Shayne, and 'Ohi, as well as a proud great-grandfather to Jaydon, Anela, Lily, and Holly. Predeceased by his son Anthony, Bert's legacy of kindness and the Aloha spirit lives on through his loving and devoted family.
Bert's life was a testament to the power of faith, friendliness and generosity. He will be deeply missed by all whose lives he touched.
Memorial service will be held on Friday, September 27, 2024 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Visitation begins at 9 am and service at 10 am. Refreshments and fellowship to follow.
