Alfred "Al" Carvalho Jr. Obituary
Alfred “Al” Carvalho, Jr., passed away at home on the early morning of Wednesday, July 21, 2021. He leaves his wife of over 50 years, Shelaine L. Carvalho; twin daughters Jadean DeCastro (Louie) and Janel Romero (Kekai), sons Dansen Carvalho (Alison and her children Donovan and Miya), Darrid Carvalho (Teresa) and Davin Carvalho (son Dayne Carvalho preceeded Al in 2009); grandchildren: Jazmine Pang, Dansen Carvalho, Jr., Lexie Carvalho, Kaison Romero, Tylar Carvalho, Cace Carvalho, Camryn Carvalho, Kala Carvalho, Jalen Romero and Hala’i Carvalho; brother Clifford Carvalho; mother Betty Carvalho; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews; and many contractors in the Federal Government field as he was an inspector for the Army Corp of Engineers for much of his career. Military service was held at Punchbowl Cemetary on Friday, September 3, 2021. Celebration of Life to be held at Lualualei Beach Park (across from Ala Poko Street in Waianae) on Saturday, December 4, 2021 from 10 am to 3 pm to include scattering of remaining ashes.
