Silva III; brothers Maitland "Charles" Silva, Roger Silva, Howard Silva, Paul Silva; sister Lynn Silva Young. Visitation 9:30am Thursday April 20, 2017 at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel. Funeral service 11:00am. Burial 1:00pm at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire.
