ALLAN Y. KOSAKA, 59 of Mililani passed away on August 13, 2018 in Mililani. He was born in Honolulu, HI. He was the proprietor of Printing Concepts of Hawaii, Inc.
He is survived by his wife Lesli Kosaka; son Shane Kosaka; daughter Courtney Kosaka; brother Greg (Ann) Kosaka; sisters Lindy Kosaka, Kathy Kosaka; dad Raymond Kosaka
Visitation will be 9:00 am Saturday November 3, 2018 at Mililani Memorial Park's Mauka Chapel followed by memorial service at 10:00 am.
