I met Kiyoshi on a Belfast layover around 2005. We hit it off right away. Every time we’d see each other at work we’d be joking and laughing with no interruption, every-single-time. Always the best of times and fun memories. Sending you love Ki and much strength to your family.
Kiyoshi and I met at the training center and worked together for many years. On the outside he was always so poised and I never saw him not dressed to impress! On the inside he was the friend that was always there to listen, make you laugh and make you forget about all the negative surrounding life. We had so many memories together! My favorite include the times where he, Michael and I had our adventures! Whether it was out painting the town of houston or him rescuing me from Canada on my way to Tammy’s wedding, he was always there for me! I love you Kiyoshi and will miss you terribly. You will always hold a special place in my heart â¤ï¸
My dearest brudder, Kiyoshi. I miss you and will forever cherish the good times. You were always making people laugh. You loved exploring the world, different cultures, and opening our eyes to all that was out there. Hosting guests, either in your home or traveling, brought you so much joy and I will be forever thankful for your spirit of hospitality. Your desire to make others feel seen and loved resonated in all you did. I feel like it was just yesterday that we were watching tv together and skating at Ice Palace. Thank you for raising me and all the valuable life lessons you taught me. I know you’re flying with angels now and making them laugh. I have worked with his Andrew's dad for many years and sadly never had the opportunity to meet him. After reading all the comments, Andrew like his parents was a good person and touched many that knew him. My condolences to all the family, loved ones and friends.
I met Kiyoshi as an instructor in Newark many moons ago. We always had a great time laughing and cutting up. My favorite memory of him happened while both of us were back to flying. It was a blizzard hitting the East Coast in 2010. We both got stuck in Denver but on different crews. I remember being in my room and getting a call on the hotel phone. The rule of thumb is to never answer the hotel phone because it could be Crew Scheduling. So what did I do....answer the phone. The deep masculine voice told me that I had been reassigned and to report back to the airport. I calmly said ok and then heard the voice laugh. "Keisha, it's Kiyoshi! You know better than to answer the phone!" I told him I was going to whoop him lol. He told me that he was at the hotel too and we ended up hanging out for the rest of the day. As usual, we acted up and laughed in the middle of being stuck in the middle of a trip. So much fun. Rest well Kiyoshi!!😘 💜

I will never forget all the fun flights I worked with Kyoshi. He was always game for a laugh and whenever you flew with Kyoshi, you ended up laughing very hard. This extended to our days as training instructors together, where you got to see his impactful poise and overall love for the flight attendant position given to trainees daily, but not a day went by where we didn’t crack up over something. I was always thankful for that. We miss you, dear Kyoshi.
Kiyoshi you were with me for many of my years teaching initial in Houston! I will never forget the times we spent together doing what we loved!
