"Andrea or Felipa to her closest friends and family, was a loving, kind, and generous soul. She was born on May 13, 1942 in Bacarra Ilocos Norte Philippines.
She loved tending to her garden of exotic plants, playing cards with her friends, and traveling to the Philippines. She is dearly missed by her brother, sisters, and many nieces and nephews. She went to be with the Lord on December 19, 2023.
