Angelo Bernard Canionero's Obituary
Angelo B. Canionero Sr. was born on June 25th, 1948 to Herado and Cornelia Canionero. Parents Divorced when he was a year old. He then moved with his mother to different locations on Oahu before settling in Waianae with his father and step mother.
He worked at a gas station in Waianae while attending high school and eventually ended up picking pineapple for Dole Plantation where he met his wife of 59 years. Together they had 3 children, Angelo Jr., James, and Michele whom he was so proud of.
He had a career as a flooring installer. He started out with Alii Flooring and ended up working for Island Flooring until his retirement in 1998. He had a lot of hobbies from motorcycle riding, drag racing with his co-workers, scuba diving with his brother, shooting pool, fishing and camping with family. Occasionally went to vegas to try his luck.
He was also involved in breeding & raising fighting roosters and trained for his friends. But the most happiest time he had was spending time with his family especially with his kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids. His last great-grandkids he referred to them as his three dragons since they were born last year in the year of the dragon.
He is survived by his wife, Princella Canionero; sons, Angelo (Shiela) Canionero, and James (Lisa) Canionero; daughter, Michele (Brian) Alos; siblings, Herbert Canionero (deceased), Melvin-deceased (Eileen) Canionero, Vera Canionero, Nobert Canionero, Bernard Herodes, Harold Canionero, Lloyd (Debbie) Canionero, Dwight (Cynthia) Canionero, Olga (Wendell) Galban, Audey Canionero, and Kerwin Canionero; 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
He will be truly missed but know that he's in a better place and looking down on all of us.

Mass will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025 at St. Jude Catholic Church, 92-455 Makakilo Drive.
Visitation begins at 10:00 am, Program at 11:00 am and Mass at 11:30 am.
