Aurea Lacuesta Cueva, 97, of Ewa Beach, Hawaii passed away on November 20, 2024. She was born on August 19, 1927 in Sinait Ilocos Sur, Philippines.
She is survived by sons, Dionicio Mercado, Benjamin, Mercado (Marie), Norman Cueva (Margot), David Cueva, and Daniel Cueva (Bridget); daughters, Elizabeth Cook (Don), Josephine Cueva, Mary Ann Cueva-Topas (Matt), Evelyn Cueva-DeCoite (Frank), Mildred Scharsch, and Doris Lehua (Derrick); 15 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; brother, Ponciano Lacuesta (Michelle).
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Visitation begins at 10:00 am and service at 11:00 am. Burial to follow, 12:30 pm at Mililani Memorial Park Cemetery.
