She is survived by her husband Benjamin 'Phillip' Dacoscos; daughters Phyllis (Tony) Troche, Angie (Keoni) Rosario; sister Hazel Osurman; 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren
Visitation will be 5:00 pm Sunday September 30, 2018 at Mililani Memorial Park's Makai Chapel followed by memorial service at 6:00 pm.
