In Loving Memory of Bernandino “Dening” Peralta Goze

Bernandino “Dening” Peralta Goze, lovingly known as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on February 3, 2026, in Kapolei, Hawaiʻi, at the age of 95.
Born on May 20, 1930, in Buguey, Cagayan, Philippines, Bernandino lived a life defined by hard work, humility, and deep love for his family. In the Philippines, he was an avid and dedicated farmer who took great pride in cultivating the land and providing for his loved ones. In November 1979, he moved to Honolulu, Hawaiʻi with his late wife, Cirila, where he continued his strong work ethic and later retired as a yard maintenance personnel at Hokoahi Apartments.
Bernandino was truly a jack of all trades. Gifted with his hands and blessed with a creative spirit, he loved building and fixing things, especially for his grandchildren. Whether it was a small project or a big task, he approached everything with patience and care. His greatest joy came from family gatherings, where his warm presence, gentle smile, and quiet strength brought everyone together. He always looked forward to spending time with his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchild, cherishing every moment shared.
He is survived by his loving children: Virginia G. Echipare (Rodolfo), Dante B. Goze (Henedina), Lermadelia G. Tagumasi (Floro), Glenmil B. Goze (Eulalia), and Merlyne G. Lim (Joe); 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. His legacy of love, resilience, and dedication to family will live on through them.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the viewing on March 10, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Mililani Mauka Chapel.
A church service will be held on March 11, 2026, at St. Jude Catholic Church in Makakilo. Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m., with the service to follow at 10:30 a.m., and lunch thereafter.
Burial will take place at 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
Bernandino will be deeply missed and forever remembered for his unwavering love, hardworking spirit, and the strong foundation he built for his family. May he rest in eternal peace.
