Betsy Kazuko Chang, 95, of Wahiawa, Hawaii, passed away on October 16, 2022. She was born on April 9, 1927 in Wahiawa, Hawaii.
She is survived by her sons, Dick Chang, Jr., and Matt Chang; daughter, Jade (Jayson) Nagamoto; brother, Allen Chinen; and one grandchild, Jayme Nagamoto.
