Just one of those days that I'm thinking of you,i been reading the texts we had back and forth until the very last day we said our farewells. Its the closest i can get to talking to you.Its almost like i can hear your voice in those texts.I love you and I miss you very much.Please kiss my son for me and remind him that daddy did,does,and will love him always..
Brenda, has been a little sister to me, we grew up together in Waialua who her brother Patrick and I were classmates. I just went back home for a family funeral and I stayed with Brenda and Patrick a few days. She told me that she wanted to go to Las Vegas, which I told her she can stay at my house or I'll put her up at the hotel near my house so that wherever she wanted to go I could take her after I get off work I did get her rooms for three days at the Cannery Hotel & Casino, but with the trip she was going to stay at the California Hotel too. The week I was there I spend time but I did notices she lost so much weight. We always talk about the family and I could tell she was really stress out. I told her many times to relax and when mom, Michael, and Patricia passed, she felt a bit relax then she told me Lawrance, I won't be able to come to Vegas. The next message she send me was she was in the hospital. I did get to tell her how much she meant to me I'll miss her very much my little sister R.I.P.
Brenda is my cousin.... when we were in intermediate school and we lived in Wahiawa. Brenda wanted to ride my English racer bike and it didn't have brakes. I told her but she still insisted on riding my bike. She rode down Dole Road, took the turn, panicked and hit her teachers car head on. She survived and I lost my bike! She then came home and told her mom, Aunty Jo "you almost lost a daughter!" Brenda has always been good hearted and always made me feel comfortable. I saw her a few days before she passed, and I was so sad....she will always be remembered... when I think of her, I always smiled and I will always smile when I remember her.Aunty Jo, Trisha, Mike and Brenda will always be missed...they are all together now in heaven. much love, Doug
