She is survived by husband, Donald T. Koga; son, Thomas Koga (Irene); daughters, Donna Au (David), Lynne Higa; 6 grandchildren.
Wake service will be held on Saturday, October 04, 2025 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel.
Visitation begins at 5:30 pm and service 6:30 pm.
