Caroline Galiza Obituary
Caroline Redira Galiza, 81, of Waialua passed away on October 21, 202 in Pali Momi Hospital. She was born on July 25, 1941, in Waialua on the Island of Oahu.
She worked for Federal Government at JBPHH, Pearl Harbor, as a Medical Records Clerk; and retired after 35-years of service. She was somewhat of a fashionista, who loved to travel, listen to jazz music, and grow a variety of orchids. But most of all, she loved taking care of her family; especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by husband, Edward Galiza; sons: Elden (Erin) Galiza and Darren (Cheryl) Galiza. Daughters: Deanna (Daniel) Sabido and Ednette (Kalani, deceased) Foster; and daughter-in-law: Leonora (Eliott, deceased) Galiza; 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by brother: Manual Redira; sister’s: Florita Hatico, Evangeline Kaku and Bernadette Redira; sister-in-law’s: Estrella Redira and Virginia Redira; and many nephews and nieces.
Services will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at Mililani Memorial Mauka Chapel from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and burial on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. Graveside at Mililani Memorial Park section CC.
