He is survived by wife, Lavern Ahnee Pacheco; sons, Cecil Anthony Pacheco, Jr, Cedric Shane Pacheco (Carolee); daughters, Raquel Pacheco and Rochelle Pacheco; sister, Michelle Rodrigues; 9 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.
