Charlotte Yamaguchi Obituary
CHARLOTTE SACHIE TASHIMA YAMAGUCHI, 84 of Wahiawa, passed away on June 20, 2018 in Wahiawa. She was born on December 9, 1933, in Honolulu, HI, and was a retired Medical Assistant for the late Dr. Bunzo Nakagawa's OB-GYN practice in Wahiawa.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband, Clayton, and 1 son, Calvin. She is survived by 1 son: Glenn (Rika), and 2 daughters: Dawn (Joella Kawamoto), and Gail Sato-Stringer (Douglas). Charlotte is also survived by 4 grandchildren: Jacob, Sarah, & Mark Yamaguchi, and Samuel Stringer; 1 great-grandchild, Kairi Stringer; 2 brothers: Dr. Charles K. (Vera) Tashima, and Dr. Wilfred T. (Lily) Tashima; 1 uncle, Vernon T. Tashima; and several cousins, nieces, & nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday evening, August 12, at Mililani Memorial Park, Mauka Chapel. Visitation from 5:15 pm, Service at 6:00 pm. Casual attire.
