CHIYOKO KAJITANI LAU, 91, our beloved mother and Popo, passed away peacefully on January 12, 2019. Born in Makaweli on Kauai, she worked for the Department of Education and retired as the first cafeteria manager for Pearl City High School. She married Ernest C.K. Lau (deceased) and is survived by their three sons Ernest (Dorene), Glen (Naomi), and Clifford (Myra); five grandchildren Janna, Kathryn, Casey, Tyler, and Julianne.
Visitation will be 9:00 am Saturday March 16, 2019 at Mililani Memorial Park's Mauka chapel. Funeral service to follow at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at 12:30 pm.
