Clara Puakamohala Yoshiko Yokotake, 88, of Haleiwa, Hawaii passed away on May 19, 2025. She was born on April 30, 1937 in Waialua, Hawaii.
She is survived by sons, Keith Yokotake, Mark (Sandra) Yokotake; daughter, Rhoda Schwend; brothers, Ivan Asano, Norman (Pat) Asano; 3 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
Wake service will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel.
Visitation begins at 5:30 pm and service 6:30 pm.
