Corrine Haunani Akau, 66, of Kaimuki who was born on September 27,1959 in Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on October 3, 2025 surrounded by loved ones. She is 1 of 10 children of Richard (Deceased) & Amy Akau (Deceased).
She is survived by her Brothers; Richard Jr, James Sr, Maurice, Christopher & Patrick along with Sisters; Christine Akau, Catherine Pitre, Cynthia Calvey & Amy Somera, Hoaloha Louise DuPont and 2 Generations of Nieces & Nephews.
She attended Star Of The Sea Academy before graduating from Leeward Community College. She worked at Hilo Hattie’s and Leahi Hospital before retiring from The State Of Hawaii Department Of Transportation.
Memorial Services will be held at Saint Louis Alumni Clubhouse
(916 Coolidge Street) on November 14, 2025 from 10:00am
Service will begin at 11:00am with Luncheon to follow.
