Corwin Hubert Trummel's Obituary
CORWIN HUBERT TRUMMEL, 77 of Pearl City passed away on November 1, 2017 in Pearl City. He was born in Lane, Illinois. Corwin retired from Hawaii State as an electrician. He was honored by the State of Hawaii for his services and art creations at the Waikiki Aquarium in Honolulu, Hawaii. He worked at Dellingham, owned his own business, and was a Naval nuclear submarine electrician during the Vietnam War at the Bay of Tonkin. He is survived by his wife Helga E. Trummel; brother Don Lee Trummel; sister Susan (Dean) Wilson; grandchildren Tanya (Art) Lopez, Darcy McKay, Monty McKay; great grand-daughter Tabitha Zuniga. He was predeceased by stepson Detlef McKay. Service will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 in the Makai Chapel at Mililani Memorial Park in Waipio. Funeral visitation will be at 8:30?am and memorial service at 9:00 am. Burial to follow at 11:30 am at the National Cemetery of the Pacific ? Punchbowl in Honolulu, Hawaii. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
