Democrito Aquino Macaraeg, 77, of Waipahu, Hawaii passed away on January 8, 2026. He was born on August 1, 1948 in Pangasinan, Philippines.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia De Guzman Macaraeg; sons, Demosthenes Macaraeg, Dempsey Macaraeg, and Demvir Macaraeg; daughter, Divina Macaraeg; mother, Guillerma A. Macaraeg; brothers, Warlito Macaraeg, Jovencio Macaraeg, Ronilo Macaraeg, and Leonardo Macaraeg; sisters, Rosalina Tabil, and Angelina Magday; 6 grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026 at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel. Visitation begins at 9:00 am and service at 10:00 am.
Burial to follow at 11:00 am at Mililani Memorial Park Cemetery.
