Although this posting is two years late, I want to extend my sympathy to Dennis' friends and family. Dennis was a fun and adventurous college friend. We lost touch after graduation, but I always thought we would reconnect. I am sorry that never happened. I am glad, though, that I have the memory of him as a 20 year old student, full of life and full of possibilities. I hope some of his dreams came true. I've attached a photo of Dennis and another college friend, Jimmy Oye, taken on a short trip we took to the local mountains in Los Angeles one winter day in 1979. Neither Dennis nor Jimmy had every been in or played in snow. They were frozen by the end of the day, but happy. This is how I will always remember Dennis.
