Derek Kukahiko Chang, 56, of Mililani, Hawaii, passed away on March 18, 2023. He was born on October 14, 1966 in Honolulu, Hawaii.
He is survived by sons, Levi Chang and Lucas Chang; daughter, Leiana Lexi Chang; grandson, Leo Salts; mother, Darnell Chang; sister, Irene Lani Chang (Walter Henyan; brothers, Matthew Chang and Jason (Lani) Chang.
Wake Service will be held on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Visitation begins at 5:30 pm, and service starts at 6:30 pm. Burial to be held the next day, Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at Mililani Memorial Park.
