Desy Ipalari Obituary
Desy Serna Ipalari, 70, of Sacramento, California, formerly of Ewa Beach, passed away on November 9, 2022. She was born on February 17, 1952 in Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, Philippines.
She is survived by her brother, Orlando (Marina) Serna; sisters, Efigenia Serna, Dedita Serna, Milagros Serna, and Crescencia (Patrick) Kowalczyk.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Visitation begins at 9:30 am, and service at 10:30 am. Burial to follow 11:30 am at Mililani Memorial Park.
