EDGAR CALIP ESPERO's Obituary
Edgar Calip Espero passed away on April 4, 2026 in San Juan, La Union, Philippines where he operated the family Air BnB. Ed was a U.S. Army veteran, environmentalist, photographer and musician/drummer who graduated from Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara. He is survived by his children Nick & Noelle, stepchildren, mother, and brother. He moved to the Philippines in 2023 after living in Hawaii for many years. Ed loved the outdoors and was an avid paddle boarder. He was involved in many environmental organizations that protected the ocean and the aina.
