He is survived by his father Edward Smith; mother Debbie Smith; brother Kepa Smith; sister Natasha Smith.
Visitation will be 4:45 pm Sunday January 27, 2019 at Mililani Memorial Park's Mauka Chapel. Wake service to follow at 7:00 pm.
