She is survived by her son Jon (Kelly) Paek; daughters Joselyn (Wayne) Yoshimura, Danelle (Calvin) Miyahara; grandchildren Davin, Elise, Daniel. She is preceded by her parents Mineso and Hanami Kuroda; brother Peter Kuroda.
