Owner of Elmers Electrical Service and electrician at Oahu Transit Service. Engineers Rarchitect Golf League. He is survived by wife Feliciana "Fely" C. Duldulao; son Randy C. (Nicole) Duldulao; daughter Rochelle D. (Ferdinand) Bergantinos; mother Titrocenia Duldulao; brothers Elpidio Duldulao, Arsenio Duldulao, Gil Duldulao, Nemecio Duldulao, Brigido Duldulao, Lolito Duldulao, Gregorio Duldulao, Danilo Duldulao; sisters Lucrecia Ulep, Carmelita Lamagna, Aurora Agustin, Famela Pakele, Elsa Domingo; 5 grandchildren. Visitation 5:30pm Tuesday August 29, 2017 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Wake service 6:30pm. Visitation also 8:30am Wednesday August 30, 2017 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Funeral service 9:30am. Burial 11:00am at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
