Elpidio Toliao Mamuad, 82, of Waipahu, Hawaii, passed away on December 12, 2025. He was born on January 25, 1943 in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Mamuad; sons, Roland (Jona) Mamuad and Elpidio Mamuad Jr.; daughter, Elvira “Elvie” Mamuad; brother, Ruben (Madonna) Mamuad; sisters, Amelia Batangan and Hortemia (Melchor) Valmoja; 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be held on Monday, January 12, 2026 at Saint Joseph Church in Waipahu. Visitation begins at 9:00 a.m. Funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m. Burial to follow at 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park in Waipahu.
